Why Should This Player Be Punished: The player broke 2.5 and 3.3 as he used excess amount of bomb and fuel can to attempt assassination on the mayor at the Police Department Interrogations room. The player managed to get inside when I have attempted to exit the building and the automatic door opened for me at a distance.

I do not understand how this can be 2.5, all I tried doing was killing the mayor, the only way for me to do so was through bombing the pd as I had no group of people with me for this. Also what do you mean by using excess amount?

What I mean by excess amount is that the player placed more than 1 bomb and fuel can to just blow p the mayor

That's not 2.5 though. He spent HIS money on those bombs, he can use as many as he likes...

I've raided with about 20 bombs before, I can use as many as I want in any situation.
