Main idea: Make police respawn with armor
Description: Right now when you die in a raid or something as police, you respawn with no armor. Sometimes you just froget to go and refill it and you get killed easily later. I don't know why it wasn't like that in the first place, makes very much sence since you get a new life like signing on duty, and when going on duty you do get armor.
Pros: No more deaths because you forgot to re arm.
Less time wasted after respawn
