You could add an army base instead of hicktown and also use scars for the tanks/humvees. The class would only be availible when the cheif of police has called 10 panic calls and so have swat. Even then the class would only be availible to staff or donator.

This is not needed in any sense - SWAT have the big guns, we don't need the military as well.

BTW, V2 of the map.is already done, it would be in v3 if it would be accepted but v3 won't be coming this year ot in the next months.

This is absolutely not needed, what would they have that SWAT doesn't have? Is a TANK really necessary? The SWAT aren't even needed most of the time, and when they are, they're usually enough. This is completely unnecessary.

Denied because we obviously do not need any of that whatsoever.... As already stated above its the Job of a Swat Officer to respond to armed suspects and not the army coming in with a tank....

Next time use the template aswell.
