Topic: Add a "Bad reading" rating

I think it would be good if we could add a "Bad reading" rating on the forums.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I like the bad reading rating because you can use it when someone asks questions that already have been answered in the thread or if someone responds to something, compleatly out of context. Or if someone just reads it wrong.
Example:
Thread start:
I think that we should have a "bad reading" rating on the forums.
First post:
So where should we have this rating? Forums or ingame?
*Rated bad reading*
Which probably encourages the person to go back and read it again.
Optional additions:
We have a "bad spelling" rating, which is basically useless. So if you don't want to just add another one, maybe replace that one with this?
Honestly, this is not really important. But some might find it useful.
