Why should this appeal be considered?: I thought if you were hit by somebody you could retaliate by killing them or or shooting at their vehicle. I would also like to sincerely apologize for shooting your tire out. I would also like to apologize for my attitude I've just had a long day then I get on my game and got banned.
Additional Information: Yes I've read all the rules 30 times or more but I haven't been able to play for a month so It just slipped over my head. I'm sorry
