Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 4.1 - User as a officer started shooting a cuffed suspect, stating they were injuring them despite them being in handcuffs.
Why should this appeal be considered?: at first i want to apologize about killing the guy in cuffs as i stated i did not see the cuffs also i am new to role play so i dont understand the rules completely , so i was hit by the guy and i turned killed him instantly i understand what i did is wrong after i asked some players they told me you should have used your night stick instead but the guy was cuffed so i am on the wrong and all i am asking is to get forgiveness for what ive done and get a chance to play with my friends again or at least get less punishment if that's okay and thank you .
