Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Acerius
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 6 Months

Your Steam Name: jmrh
Your Roleplay Name: will lionel
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:876238867

Why were you punished?: Metagaming: Communicating via external voice chat (Discord) while in-game. Cop Baiting & Mass RDM: Deliberately provoking police at City Hall and escalating minor situations into unnecessary shootouts. FailRP / Value of Life (3.4): Running around during an active shootout while handcuffed and acting as a human shield

Why should this appeal be considered?: Dear Perpheads Staff Team,
I am writing this ticket to sincerely apologize for my actions and the rule breaches outlined in my ban appeal. After reviewing the feedback provided by the administration, I fully realize where I went wrong—especially regarding metagaming, escalating situations unnecessarily, and failing to value my life properly.
I take full responsibility for my mistakes. I genuinely miss playing on Perpheads and being a part of this community. I am not asking for the ban to be completely removed, but I humbly request a reduction in my ban duration.
I am willing to accept a permanent ban with no second chance if I break any server rules again in the future. I have re-read the rules thoroughly to ensure this never happens again.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Dear Perpheads user,

Formal Forum Message

The use of artificial intelligence to draft or generate ban appeals is prohibited under the forum rules. Ban appeals are required to be written by the individual submitting the appeal and must accurately represent their own explanation, understanding, and response to the circumstances surrounding their ban.

Where an appeal has been generated or substantially composed using AI, it does not comply with the requirements for ban appeals. In such circumstances, the appeal should be rejected or the appellant should be instructed to submit a new appeal written entirely in their own words.

Although I understand you use AI to help you write better, you can not use AI for apologies, and this is too early to appeal a 6 month ban.
