Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Acerius
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 5 Days
Your Steam Name: MacGr3gor
Your Roleplay Name: Sam Tazewell
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:81184254
Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.20 - User smashed through a police cordon during a Bank Robbery and was immediately gunpointed. Instead of complying, the user started screaming incessant nonsense at the LEO. After being detained and receiving a ticket, the user after being released immediately ran back past the police cordon and - upon being gunpointed yet again - proceeded to continue screaming incessant nonsense and ignore the commands being given. The user then disconnected whilst being transported to the Police Department. The user is an experienced player who knows this is simply not allowed.
Why should this appeal be considered?: i was on because i saw my friend online and was just driving aimlessly hoping to be able to contact or find them i had saw they left the game so i clicked join game through steam which didnt seem to do anything until i was in the back of the police car when it forced me to reconnect to the server at which point i had just given up because i was unable to find my friend and the regal apartment parking lot (pretty sure it was regals parking lot) was blocked by police as for the walking away and yelling the officer had just left me there after trying to drag me so i had nothing better to do than walk away and he kept pointing guns at me and jay walking which any IRL unarmed suspect would be very upset and disgruntled about and would be yelling and screaming about the law and why the cop is actually the bad guy although i was definitely in the wrong and i see the error of my ways and i will not be doing such things again
