Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Threat and Abusing OOC Advert/system
Why should this appeal be considered?: There are 2 types of evidence to my ban which Is after the perm ban and before - feel its of importance to just clear my name a little bit as It is looked like its presented in one evidence ( However In not way I feel any of my actions were correct)..I just want to explain what happened in chronological order :
I was permanently banned from the community with nobody even giving me a proper chance to explain myself. However rightfully so because I was misunderstood and its all my fault. I did not know that person was being harassed at the time and jumped into a discussion with a guy named Sorle and I was trying to make the point that censorship on certain words I believe is wrong in the long term as it doesnt change people's mindset. I was told that I was a disguisting dog while arguing with him and I didint understand his outburst. After discussing the issue or atleast trying to I said to him that If I saw you in real life I would hurt you. This is my fault as I did not mean what I said but when I read it back It was so wrong of me and I did not mean that. I apologize deeply for that. English isnt my second language and when you look at the logs of my ban day (my steam name being Insanity) It would be clear that I was talking about hurting a person with words since that was the issue at hand. My biggest mistake here was although he claimed he was threatened and told me to add him so we can continue this on private steam chat and sent me a request. At that point I was boiling as I believe a community wide ban is unbelievable just throwing me away like that. However I now look back at it and understand why and how it looked. Anyway when he kept on saying that I use slurs when clearly I didint and told me about how he could give less shits about me being excluded from the community I made the terrible mistake of calling him a homophobic slur. He passed them on to the mod team although he asked to spoke privately. I'm far from a tag such as that, I never in my 10 years in this community was banned for harassment of that kind. I almost grew up in this server not even knowing english. It is so sad to hear that I'm no longer welcome in this community. I really apologize and Im going to watch out for my actions. If I was ever let back I will ask to be banned from ooc as I clearly cannot use it and pass through the meaning I want. Over and all Im far away what the situation looks like and Im sincerely sorry.
Additional Information: I have been a member of your community for almost 10 years and it is the equivalent of like second life for me. In no way would I harass a person and target him. I was just so mad that I was permanently banned from a really long relationship with the server. I was just so mad that I said very hateful and wrongful things and I apologize for that. This will be my first and last ban on something like this.
