Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - To not comply with reasonable orders given under the direct threat of a lethal weapon pointed at you.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Didn't fully understand 3.4 till now, I had been gun pointed before and lost 90k went fine just didn't know mugging zones.
I reviewed the footage of the reporter and rewatched my pov as well, with help from staff and community on shoutbox and had a friend who is familiar with Perpheads and the rules look at it. I now fully understand 3.4 and won't offend it anymore. 3.4 is to comply with reasonable orders given under direct threat of a lethal weapon, at the time i believed what i was doing was right but now i understand that off job, on job, if a weapon is drawn of you wait for a command, be it "leave the area" or in this case " hey medic heal, medic rez my friend" you must comply you may not run even if he turns his back to make sure the coast is clear or you turned your back before he could make commands, the weapon is drawn and I'm in imminent threat. preserve life, respond to simple commands.
Additional Information: played Perpheads for about 4 days now, been having fun with the friends I've met, offended 3.4 for the 3rd time but the first was truly a noob move and 2nd was completely my fault and this 3rd one was a learning experience ill never forget. I enjoy Perpheads and love the community, I'm a big Xbox gamer but this has brought me back to my pc and got me in touch with a lot of people i would never have gotten to meet before, staff and community, i respect the work they do and the rules they uphold, i expect no sympathy and nor do i want to grab at some, i just want it to be known i will do better. ps love Aquaa he didn't have to be he really considered a warning but it was my 3rd time and i understand, repeat offenders get harsher punishments, this is my first only 2 days just feels longer cuz im bummed lol, Ems experience and general public interaction is lovely.
