Why were you banned/blacklisted?: "1.1, 1.3, 1.4 - Repeated conduct violations in OOC. Causing problems in OOC after he was raided, and then began making heinous & slanderous accusations towards myself."- Aquaa
Why should this appeal be considered?: Aquaa, I sincerely apologize for my accusation in OOC about racist jokes and the N word, and I was wrong! I am providing clips in the additional information, should you choose to review them, a player in my org who supposedly had been on the server for 8 years claimed he saw you in a blue mclaren say the n word with a hard R, and he went on to claim that staff confirmed it and that he is making a forums post. It turns out no such post was created, and my entire org has been constantly asking for him to provide the clip of you saying such things, and he has failed to provide it. My fault is blindly believing his testimony and spreading that rumor, I knew that you drove a Blue Mclaren, and I thought I knew this player was experienced and had no reason to make such a bold and frankly dangerous accusation, so I believed him. Ten minutes later I was in Bazaar and I saw you were in a fight and said ""gg...black on black" I now know that you were referring to the person you were fighting, but in the moment since that Hard R accusation was fresh in my mind I was like damn is that a black on black violence joke? So in OOC I posted what I did which was along the lines of 'I heard you said the hard R and theres a forums post active... would stay away from the racist jokes' I hope you can understand that I was not attempting to attack you personally, and I was misled and misunderstood your comment which is what made me say what I said. I always stand up and report those types of violations, I was wrong about you and I apologize for it. The new Org member who made these claims is being fired immediately and I will provide proof we've been trying to get the truth out.
I additionally Apologize for my comments post-raid. I would like to note for my own defense that I was limited with what I said and did not spam OOC, however a lot of my Organization members did. I'm gonna have a talk with everyone about professionalism even in OOC, and will be more active to de escalate situations as the founder of my org. Looking at the demo, I did make one comment that was unacceptable, "your a joke aquaa" for this I sincerely apologize, and theres no excuse, I let emotions get to me even not knowing the entire story.
I apologize Aquaa and will make it up to you by refraining from spreading any accusations until I understand both sides and have physical proof of the claimed incident occurring. I will also make it up to you by instructing all Org members to do the same, and to not mindlessly argue in OOC.
