First of all I wanna say that im sorry for how I used to behave and how I treated people both ingame and OOC. I know I havent always been the easiest person to deal with and looking back at it now I can understand why people didnt really like me or the way I acted.
When I wrote my apology back in 2024 I talked about how I wanted to change and become a better person in the community. I still stand by what I said back then but alot has actually changed since that time and I feel like ive learned quite alot about myself and how communities actually work.
One thing that has really changed my perspective is that I actually started my own community in another game. I currently own and run a FiveM roleplay server and im not gonna mention the name of it since im not here to advertise anything. But running my own server has honestly taught me alot of things that I didnt really understand back when I was playing Perpheads.
Being the owner of a community and having to deal with reports, complaints, punishments and players arguing with eachother has made me realise how annoying it actually is when people constantly break rules and cause problems for everyone else.
Ive had to deal with players that honestly remind me alot of how I used to be on Perpheads. People that always argue with staff or cant accept losing a situation or just keep doing stupid things without thinking about how it affects other people. And sometimes I just sit there thinking that damn I used to be exactly like this.
It also made me understand how much time staff actually spend dealing with these things instead of just enjoying the game themselves. Back then I didnt really think about that and I was mostly just thinking about myself and having fun without really caring about the consequences.
Running my own server has also made me understand that its not just about having rules and banning people. Its about making sure everyone can enjoy themselves and have a good time without a few people ruining it for everyone else. And looking back I can understand that I was sometimes one of those people.
I know my record on Perpheads isnt exactly the best especially when it comes to rule 3.4 and im not gonna sit here and pretend that I didnt deserve my punishments. Ive been given chances before and I understand why staff eventually got tired of dealing with me.
Perpheads has always been a special game for me since ive been playing here since 2016. I basically grew up playing on this server and ive made alot of friends and memories throughout the years. Its not really something I wanna lose forever just because I couldnt behave properly when I was younger.
During one of the times I came back I also started Criminal Money Making Machines which was basically a small project where I wanted to invite newer players and people that werent really included in the bigger groups. I wanted people to get to know eachother and actually have fun instead of always playing with the same people. Obviously that doesnt excuse the times I broke rules but I just wanted to mention that I wasnt always trying to cause problems.
I also wanna apologise to all the staff members that had to deal with my reports and all the players that had their experience ruined because of me. I know saying sorry doesnt really change what happened but I still feel like its something I should say.
The biggest difference between me now and back in 2024 is that ive actually experienced what its like to be on the other side. Ive had to make decisions about banning people, deal with people complaining about punishments and sometimes even punish people that im friends with because at the end of the day rules are rules and everyone should be treated the same.
And honestly I think thats something I really needed to experience to understand why things are done the way they are.
Im not saying that just because I own a FiveM server im suddenly a perfect person or that I will never make a mistake again. But I do believe ive matured alot since then and I definitely have a different mindset when it comes to roleplay and respecting other players.
At the end of the day I just wanna get another chance to come back and enjoy the game like I used to. I dont expect everyone to forgive me or suddenly forget about my past because I know thats not how things work. I just wanna be able to prove that im not the same person I was back then.
I wanna be able to log on after work and just enjoy some Perpheads with friends without constantly getting involved in reports or causing problems for staff and other players.
I know ive said before that I wanted to change and I understand if its hard to believe me considering my history. But alot of time has passed since then and I genuinely feel like ive learned alot from both my mistakes and from running my own community.
I just hope that my past doesnt have to define me forever and that I can get one more chance to show that things can be different this time.
Thanks for taking your time to read this and hopefully you guys can give me another chance.
