Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm awfully sorry about what I did it will not happen again not only to be so mean to an admin but also to risk my own life for such a small thing to call an admin a dick it was just very childish and I can promise you it will not happen again so again I apologize blackdown !! for what I did

The issue here was not that you were rude to me, I really couldn't care. It was simply the fact that you broke the rules, nothing more. In the future, you need to have more of a valid reason to kill someone besides the fact that they are annoying. You have a solid amount of punishments for 3.4 already, I suggest that you take your time to consider how you react in tense situations so that you follow the rules in the future.
