Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Collier
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month

Your Steam Name: weejameso
Your Roleplay Name: Jimmy Jackwagon
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:118692161

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Once again, escalated a traffic ticket to a needless pursuit that resulted in his arrest and a $4000 ticket. When asked if he had read 3.4 since his recent bans for the exact same thing, he said no.

Why should this appeal be considered?: After I hit a police car and decided to flee the scene and evade - (Jimmy had better places to be) I was banned for 1 month, I have carefully read 3.4 in its entirety and consider it a push to call this a breach of it. Hitting the police car could be considered reckless driving or at the least driving without due care and attention. 4 years and 3.5k and 3 years and 2k respectively, So the ban reason is a little misleading when it says "escalated a traffic ticket to a persuit", my prior bans for failure to stop however, were i agree needless and un necessary. I just do not think this warrants a 1 month ban. I'm sorry for the prior offenses and in future i will be sure to comply with PD if they stop me and i have no good reason to flee. Hopefully you can see where im coming from in this appeal and i hope to have a reduced time at the least as i now have a more full understanding of the rule and when it is acceptable to flee and when it is not.

Additional Information: I evaded arrest successfully and it was not a very high risk chase as i had a fast car and a clear escape plan in the forest and was only then captured 5 minutes after the persuit ended as i was distracted by the f6 i was responding to at the time, although i understand any persuit is risky non the less.

Are you disputing this or apologising? If you disagree with the length, you must submit a staff complaint for that to be dealt with

As A1L advised you above, you should make a staff complaint if you feel that your ban length is excessive.
