Why were you punished?: Raiding the same person twice in an hour

Why should this appeal be considered?: This is the first time this happened to me and I get a 1 week ban immediately. I thought an hour passed already and I am pretty sure it was really close to an hour. I didn't steal a single time by the way since I was on the run from the cops. I saw a swat team that just raided their place and I wanted to fight them since they were already searching me. Can you please consider an unban especially since this is the first time this happened? I think a warning would've been better. I am not the type of guys that raids a lot. I am sorry for raiding him twice in an hour it wont happen again!
