Why should this appeal be considered?: dear,
i have spoken to hayden about the issue and he made me clear that the ban was caught due me playing on my alt acc and main acc in 1/2 days
i wasnt aware of the rule that you cant play on 2acc
i was playing on my alt acc because i was not able to login on my main acc since i didnt have my pass and 2 step available and had to wait since i tried my pass to many times.
for the time being and waiting i was playing on my alt acc and wasnt aware of this rule.
after one day i got back on my main acc and played for like 1 week straight without any issues. thats why i think it's stange.
24-09-2022 i got banned by curak for a very valid reason but due some miscomunication i thought it was 2 hours instead of 2 days.
wen i logged back in to my main acc today i got perma banned for having an alt acc and played on it.
i'm aware of my the problem/issue but i hope we can sort something out since i like to play on the server and i enjoy the time playing somuch
