Why should this appeal be considered?: I apologize sincerely to @SunnyR (John Kawamura) for the 2.5. I honestly believed that on the new map the city storage was relatively close to pd. Without thinking, the first thing I did after I was wrongfully released was run to storage to take out a scar and kill the first cop i could find (on my way to pd to help my friend by raiding it). What I didn't realize at the time was that it was a violation to kill too far from pd to initiate a pd raid. I had thought about lowering the alive cop count to increase my chances of successfully solo raiding the pd to break out my friends. From now on, I will play in a more sensible manner, considering others and their whereabouts in connection to what I'm doing. I will instead start breaking into one of the side doors with a vehicle nearby and kill any police officers near the PD trying to stop me instead of killing them a block away when they are unaware of my intentions.
I am very sorry for the time lost on nlr and respawn for the cheap initiation kill @SunnyR and @Creepis for personal time used to conduct the action request.
