Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.1, 1.4, 3.4, 3.24 - The user is causing problems through ooc, advert & reports. Additionally stays around too long at the scene of his own crimes.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Listen im sorry ok it was the heat of the moment I didnt know what I was doing I was just annoyed that he kept killing and arresting me. Im also sorry to curak I didnt realise that the ooc ban was only for 10 minutes I thought it was for a day if you unban me I promise I wont do anything like that again.
