Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The player went and killed someone because they allegedly had KOS on them but they had made no attempts to kill them yet and had made no threats yet. They also did this right at the PD desk in front of the NPC and others. Earlier, they molotov'd the same player's base because they were threatened after he said he was going to kill them. Bad record recently.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Alright, I'll explain the whole story and shit. My friend wanted me to meet their org members to grow drugs, so we went to their base in a peaceful manner. John Koker, the organization leader of my friend's org, invited me into the base, which was Hungriges. John Koker gave me a gun, which til the owner of the house, I suppose, saw me and kicked me out. He explained that he did not want to be with me for some reason; John Koker really wanted us to go, but the owner was not having it. My friend did not want to grow cocaine with them without me, so it spiraled into an argument, and the owner of the Hungriges was accusing me of really weird stuff, such as backstabbing my friend, being untrustful, and telling my friend he was a dumbass for having me as his friend??? which was really weird since he was trying to mess up my friendship for no fucking reason, and then he pointed his gun at me WITHOUT TELLING ME TO LEAVE CALMLY and told me to leave. This obviously pissed me off because this wasn't even an IC problem anymore, and he kept whining like a fucking baby. My friend and I thought of a plan to Molotov the Hungriges out of pure spite, which was probably the bad end on my part, and we proceeded to Molotov it and ran away. Well, they found out it was me and reported me, then wanted to KOS me because my friend kept getting calls from John Koker to kill me, which my friend was telling me, so then I hid, but they found me at town hall, and I didn't attack them just in case, and they wanted to base up with me, which was a trap, and I said no, so he called me an r slur and a bitch and started spitting on me all the way to PD, and then started getting more aggressive when I was typing out the police report, and then I was scared because I knew they were armed, so I went into PD and stabbed 2 of them, and the other 1 person shot me to death. So I'm sorry, and I'm sorry I wrote a bigass apology.
Additional Information: I don't have enough proof that the admins said they weren't threatening me even though they were, so I hope this clears this up and that my anger was completely justified. But yeah, I should've told an admin. Sorry.
