Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Failed to comply with gunpoint for a long amount of time, then disconnected when a report was opened
Why should this appeal be considered?: i was panicked at first and sense i haven't put my hands up in a long time i forgot how to do it so i just panicked hard when i got the gun pointed at me so after my panic attack finished and i knew how to put your hands up i did it and i fully listened to them i did not see the open ticket before i leave im sorry about that my bad but i did not know its there and left on purpose i raised my hands and got out of the car so they have nothing to complain about
