Why should this appeal be considered?: I am very sorry for my actions, I will not call sweater cops a retard again after their senior officer told them too release me.
I am a retard myself so no one should be offended when I call u retarded.
I am a reformed man and I do not want any more bans on my record, I promise not too break rules again.
