Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User hit an officer with a bat for no good reason.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm really sorry for what I did. At the time I didn't immediately think that I did anything wrong because it was in the heat of the moment.
Looking back at it now though I was kind of annoying the officer for no reason and I used the fact that the car bugged and killed my friend as a reason to keep doing it.
It was extremely immature and I shouldn't have done that. The entire situation would have never happened if I didn't harass him to the point that he had drive in order to get away from me.
During the situation I thought I was just being silly and goofing around trying to be funny but I realise now that I took it way too far and that I was harassing him unnecessarily.
I truly regret what I have done and will try my best to never do this again, because honestly if this were to happen to me it would be really frustrating and make the game less fun. I'd probably get a bit stressed out, if I'm being honest.
I spoke about this with my org and they gave me some hard truths that I needed to hear which helped me realize I was being a dick and that the ban was completely justified.
Going forward I'm going to work on being more self-aware of my behaviour and how it affects others. After asking them about it, my org has also agreed to call me out if I'm behaving poorly again if they see it happening.
I hope this shows you how motivated I am to learn from my mistakes. I think in general I'm receiving punishments less often than I used to, so I believe with enough time and effort that it will become rare.
I hope this is enough to convince you that I'm worthy of a second chance to return before my ban is finished. I know I'm not entitled to one however I would be very grateful.
Sorry if it sounds silly that I want to play so badly again as a week ban on paper isn't long, but I have a lot of fun on this server and I really miss playing with my friends, so honestly even a few days feels like a long time.
