Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.15, 3.22 - User took revenge on the passenger of the car that accidentally ran over his friend, instead of calling a medic or taking his revenge on the person who actually finished him off after being run over. User put out an invalid KOS on both people in the car, especially after being told the passenger had nothing to do with the situation, and who also was the only one who was murdered. User was driving recklessly and rammed several cars, and mounting them in the process. Claimed that both users threatened him before which resulted in them being KOS'd by him, which was not true. Longer ban due to horrible record for the same rule.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I made a series of mistakes in picking the wrong person to take revenge upon, not acknowledging the case of it being an accident, pursuing action against one party but not another (the passenger but not the sweater or the driver), not even calling emergency services, calling KOS on a uninvolved individual, drove recklessly in pursuit of attempting to fulfill my revenge hastily and finally I ended up in killing someone who evidently did not pose a life threatening stance against me at the time of his death. Due to my error I unfortunately earned myself a 2 week ban and I received it deservingly so, I am grateful first and foremost that my ban is as short as it is with what I have done in the past along with how I am trying to honestly improve on lessening or fully annihilating any chance of me committing rule breakage (especially this one or others that I have done in the past more common). However I still want to apologize and even if this gets denied or accepted I still appreciate the opportunity. I am sorry if I made Ellie feel like I was slandering her on forums, because truly my intent was verily to present my self in the best light in a singular official appeal and most certainly not to demonize her or attack her in anyway as was assumed to be insinuated. I wanted to make sure I am sure of what my stance when the appeal was made instead of risk imminently sounding ignorant in a dispute where I would be pursuing exoneration from actions that I had clearly committed but not realized that I was guilty of at the time. Therefore I backed off to think for a few days and now due to later realization about how I was wrong in the way I behaved my self in abiding by the rules. Finally I am just making this appeal to say sorry and that I should have known better so I am choosing to try to learn from this so hopefully it never happens again.
