Why should this appeal be considered?: I will not dispute that what I did was wrong, however I would like context to be considered and my appeal lowered to time served, which at the time of this posting, is 1 day. I had initially agreed with the ban and still do, however feel that the context was not able to be properly served as I was offline when the sentence was handed down. I will provide 2 clips that demonstrate context, it does incriminate myself in guilt but I am not disputing the "charge" I am disputing the length. Both incidents stem from myself being targeted throughout my time on the server. Clip 1 will show me, after dying in an altercation with this individual, going to crafting, he has a vandetta against me and can be seen stalking my location where I came out in order to kill me yet again. I report this and the admin rules that he is able to since we had passing words 30 minutes ago.
After this the individual attempts to shoot me and is then killed, notice the fire on my store, this is the second one he would go to throw at my store after dying/being arrested. You can see my frustration.
His org had been standing around us throwing bombs, attempting to kill me several times, I attempted to file a report to the admins who essentially told me to deal with it myself. I am sorry a word slipped out of anger but had you been harassed the entire day you would hopefully see the frustration. I apologize for the way I handled it but you can see from my provided clip the way I said it was not intentional on being harmful but to many I understand it could be. I hope that you consider my side and reduce my ban to a day. 11/4/2022 at 4:08 CST.

These other users face no punishment while I was targeted, played and abused until my breaking point. I hope that your findings will be enough for either a reduction to warning or let stand a 1 day ban and suspend the second day.
