Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.4, 4.1 - User minged around as RC, refusing to repair cars and blocked cars in with barricades.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I want to say that i'm sorry to the players who i have disturbed or annoyed i refused to fix somebody's car because they were not willing to pay but i cannot make excuses for myself i am terribly sorry once again for minged, i promise that this will not happen again and that i will behave accordingly next time i do in-fact get unbanned today but at a very late hour since i would like to play with my friends. I do not know what else to say except that i'm terribly sorry. THank you for reading this ban appeal
