Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - Player failed to comply under gunpoint because he didn't think he had to comply if someone else was breaking rules. During the report that were open with them, he kept breaking 3.4 with the same user who reported him by attacking him with a bottle as a courier and drove off under gunpoint. The user have received 7 punishment the last 2 weeks and need some time to read the rules so longer ban due to excessive amounts of punishments in a short period of time.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Sorry about the misunderstanding and miscommunication. I’m still new to the community and still don’t got a good understanding on how to deal with minges who randomly gunpoint in public right in front of NPC which is against the rules. The server isn’t too new player friendly at times and not everything is explained too well. This is also my first offense for 3.4 and I think a 14 day is a bit much for something I’ve done once. I’ve took the time to reread the rules and gained a further understanding and will use f6 for any further assistance or for any additional questions about rules. From now on I will put the right foot forward for improved communication and understanding from now on.
Additional Information: I would like to note that half of the offenses on my profile were just chat related not entirely roleplay related. I’m still trying to learn things about the server as I play but I just want to note that I’ve done some good before. When some random secret service tried to RDM everyone in the casino. Made sure to help the people who were unfortunate enough to get shot and returned the player his HK45 and even communicated with the staff member through f6 to get confirmation on who the weapon belonged to. Please give me another chance. I feel like the more I play the more learn. Being away from the server for 2 weeks does not really help too much. If not then I understand but please at least reduce the time for a first offense
