Why were you banned/blacklisted?: For breaking 2.5 3.4 3.20

Why should this appeal be considered?: Because I have realized that my action were wrong.
Server rule 2.5 Negativity. Okay sometimes I do it when someone is rude to me when someone ran me over or when someone just hits me shoots me or hits me with a vehicle but if you're talking about the me being negative with the paramedic you can tell me whats wrong.
3.4 Risk of death. Well I didn't die I just got away with it so I don't really think is 3.4 but you're the staff so probably you are most likely to be right anyways but your opinion and mines.
3.20 Leaving the server. Alright I have parents I have to go when I have Dinner am a minor so I kinda have to follow my parents rules so that's why I left the server and shut down my computer
This doesn't have to do with rules but I actually want to kill the mayor in the first place to lower taxes but I knew the paramedic would snitch on me anyways and if i kill a paramedic they would hear it and get a incident call so I how no choice but to pretend am on the keyboard and run then I had my lunch and as you said 3.20 but I don't think it counts because I have parents and need to follow there rules and follow they orders.

Am not disputing am just trying to convince you these things happened at that time but you can reject this I don't really mind.

That is not the purpose of a ban appeal. Let me explain what you did wrong based ONLY on the rule, your ban and your explanation;

2.5 - The negativity is killing someone who is complying. Per our rules, it is not allowed, especially not with medics.

3.4 - You can get out of this alive and still break it. It says putting your life or freedom at risk unnecessarily is not allowed. You committed a murder of a medic. That would be risking a 10yr jail sentence

3.20 - Doesn't matter if you had irl stuff to do, it is your responsibility to make sure you have time to play out the entire situation and NOT disconnect. That's entirely on you.

Additionally, you disconnected roughly 2 minutes after committing the murder, which violates rule 3.20 in the sense that you should have waited until 10 minutes had passed from the time you committed a crime before disconnecting. You did not do so, giving police no chance to handle the situation you caused.

Create a dispute if you think the ban is invalid. Make sure to provide relevant evidence.
