Why were you banned/blacklisted?: I Held Officer At Gunpoint To Release My Friends From Minor Sentence
Why should this appeal be considered?: Well this is how it all started I had told my friend to pick up a gun becouse i was about to kidnap a officer (Frank Silva). Unfortunatly another officer was close to the scene i dont rember why he cuffed them, but i had other plans so i dnt want Emily to go to jail so i just wanted Emily released so we can kidnapp Frank, Thats when i held The officer at gun point and told him to release my friends he released them and i told him to put his hands up so i can cuff him while i was waiting for him to consent the cuffing 1 officer drove by the scene at the moment i thought i might just have to kill this 1 officer in the car he might start shooting at me for trying to cuff the officer in that lite moment of thinking another police officer pulled up thats when i decided i have to kill this officer infront of me for my own safety becouse if i leave him be he will just run behind me and blow my head off so i did what's the safest thing to do at the moment and unforttunatly his presence was a threat to me, I would not have shot him if he had just consented to cuffs he wouldnt be a threat to me then. But unfortunatly this is bassicaly breaking 3.4 becouse Emily wasnt going in for 8+ Jail years and i cannot risk my life for Minor Jail Sentences, At the time i thought i had followed the rules Neatly but i did not. I think you can tell that is a genuine mistake
Additional Information: I Really Appricate You For Being Able To See That This Was Unintentional Rule Breaking And Not Giving Me Like A Month Ban Even Tho I Have A Heavy Record Of Rule Breaking. Thank You So Much man I love you for that
