Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed a player who was doing a chop shop mission. // Extended for 4.1 - User as an LEO has continually committed Gross Misconduct, ranging from severe Duty of Care violations to Criminal Activity whilst on-duty, and has shown a wanton disregard for playing as an LEO properly.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I shot someone doing a chop shop mission because I had mistaken them for someone else that shot at me earlier who was also stealing cars in regals parking. The person that shot me, around 5 minutes before, had similar clothing so I took one look and assumed it was the same person. I recognized that it wasn't the same person like 2 seconds after I killed them and I braced for the f6. I failed to properly investigate the full situation, had I did then this ban most likely would have been less.
Afterwards it was extended for 4.1 and I received a full PD blacklist. In many separate occasions I blatantly broke the law and assaulted many people. Although I did break 4.1 maliciously to minge, the interactions I had were of two consenting parties and in no way overtly ruined a players experience.
I am very sorry to Zoe Quicker for shooting him and I should have at least walked up to get a better look instead of immediately black screening him. When I broke 4.1 it was mainly to have fun and minge. I now have gained the full punishments of already being banned for a full week and being given a full PD blacklist. I am very sorry for my actions and may I please be unbanned to play V5 while it is still here.
