Why should this appeal be considered?: I have been banned because we killed / tried to mug a player who had a gun in his hand. Before we hopped out the car we didnt realise instantly that he had a gun in his hand and only once we already initiated the situation we realised he already had his gun out. JJB didnt seem to care that we literally didnt see the gun in his hand and i attempted to tell him/her this and they did not care about what i have to say and banned me i know its only for 1 day but i meant absolutely no malicious intent and if i had seen the gun straight away i wouldnt have attempted to gunpoint the person. I am sorry i broke the rules but i literally did not see the gun until it was too late and situation was already initiated. JJB is making it seem like i knew what im doing and broke the rules on purpose which was not the case. JJB is saying because I have been previously warned for 3.4 and 5.1 that I basically done this on purpose with the intent of breaking the rules? Thanks for reading.
