Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.20, 4.1 - User as an officer used an excessive amount of force against a civilian by shooting up their vehicle for an unknown reason, before executing the civilian when they stepped outside the vehicle. Also proceeded to nightstick a cuffed suspect to death. Was placed in cuffs by another officer when they decided to disconnect.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm sorry for breaking the rules. Obviously I know what I did was wrong and I acted out in frustration. I should be able to control my temper better in the future. Apologies to everyone that was affected/involved. I don't remember who's car I damaged but I'm willing to pay for the damages as well.
