Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Player ran into an active shootout at Tidals while doing this they kept running to the property while shots were ongoing to see if they could counter which they couldn't. Once the property was empty they failed to check the rest of the hall to see if any cops were there, which there were, and they would have seen if they checked. They then counted the raiders and killed them and then killed the last officer.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm deeply apologetic to the raiders I killed as I did act on impulse on deciding when I should counter and I acknowledge that I should have not even been in Tidals to begin with because it was an active shootout and lurking around was breaking 3.4 in itself. I did not intentionally counter while PD was on scene but I did break 3.4 by lurking around. When I counter raided I failed to properly scan Tidals for anymore cops because I assumed that all of the PD that died inside 202 were the only PD responding but once I killed that other TRU that came up a minute after, I knew I had messed up. I am willing to do any personal compensation to the raiders if they had not already received a refund from my rule break and if there is any compromise for myself to fill out in order to achieve something trough this appeal then I will commit to it.
I am not a new player and I know better. I seek mercy for my appeal because it is Christmas break and this is the most active I have been on perp for a while since school was taking up a lot of my time and I want to play more perp.
