Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User failed to follow orders at gunpoint resulting in his swift death
Why should this appeal be considered?: I know I should put my hands up when you get gunpointed down, and I did hesitate for a second when I was entering the shop to see what was going on, it was my friends that was fistfighting eachother. I was going to ask them to stop it because I dont want to look at it. At that moment when I was attempting to stop it, i didnt clearly hear the cops, i didnt think of doing C Surrender cuz there was no reason to show guns when you can handle the situation by telling the people to stop the fights and let it go.
If I didnt open the door the cop would not have seen it happen and I would not have been banned for 3.4. I apologize for not surrendering and fearing more for my life in the scenario. I will be more aware of my handlings and how to act infront of police.
Additional Information: I do play alot on the server since there is nothing else that i feel interested in, maybe we could think of something else that a ban. I am gonna tell my friends to behave better when there is cops, and I will also take more responsibility when I end up in situations like this.
I really want to get back on the server and just roleplay again.
