Why were you punished?: For the past few days this guy david peach and this girl that runs around with him started stuff with me and it all started by me asking him for a ride (i didnt know him at all) he let me in bc he was at spawn and i wanted to go to casino for my free spins as we were driving i realized i had a scar on my back in the car as we were driving we were approaching the highway turn from passing the gas station i asked to go to storage 2 times i was ignored so i hopped out the car at low speed during a turn to go to storage bc i didnt want to get in trouple with cops in his car so as i was getting back up i looked over to my left and he was reversing full speed into me then killed me, the girl pushed me to a sidewalk or close by after i was revived then i tabbed back in and seen i was revived and she was pushing me to the sidewalk so i thanked her and dropped her 2k and the guy david peach hopped out and took the money before she came to grab it and then i asked for it back he was egoing me and started stuff then a cop pulled up and we all went to fire station parking lot and the cops told me to back up and to the point where i couldnt hear them (sketchy to me) then i see them get unarrested as that was happening i realized i didnt have my scar anymore and i asked if he had it and he said no and i told the cops he stole it bc he killed me and it dropped and it wasnt there when i checked on the highway where he killed me so i know he seen it on the ground an took it then lied so the one cop dropped me 2k and then a rival org pulled up an heard what was going on and dropped me 50k and left so i didnt care for the scar anymore and left then 5 mins later he pulled up to me in a different car and rdm'ed me then i made a report 3 times and nothing happened and one of my boys told me hes either a admin or some sort or knows them well so my f6 wouldnt get answered and he was right. then today as i just load into the city him and his crew is there and i have music blasting to i tab out to turn it down went back into perpheads and he was walking away talking shit on me so i went up to him and said "thats crazy how you know the past" and they barley responded to me then they left an then he drove back up to me in a pink lambo so i laughed and he told me to read the license plate and i was purposly avoiding it and he drove onto the side walk hit me and then kept telling me to read the licenes plate that said "barbie" eventually then they kept talking shit and then i told the girl to shut up bc i was never talking to her then she got out trying to be something and i told her to get back in the car and make a sandwhich. theres no way a 3 month ban is worth me saying to make a sandwhich, i have a few clips of david rdming me and running cops over and just starting shit with people. i dont understand how hes not ban the way he plays hes basically trapping people into bans and warnings. i dont understand why my f6's werent answered from what he did i have evrything clipped that hes done to me and this just aint fair im ban for 3 months when ive been playing basically everyday. i understand what i said COULD be offensive but im not saying anything crazy for a 3 month ban thats crazy
Why should this appeal be considered?: bc i dont understand how i can be rdm'ed and harrassed by this guy and i tell his friend to make a sandwhich and i get 3 months thats insane i play with like 12 people in a group on this server this is gonna suck if i cant play anymore with them i was one of the top people in there but i feel like theres sides being picked and choosen in this situation he can get away with breaking laws agaist me and rdming but i get 3 month ban for telling somone to make a sandwhich id understand if i said some crazy shit but they were trying to get me caught up thats why they kept coming up to me and harassing me after i left them everytime
