I want to sincerely apologies for my actions today. They were wrong and i want you to know that i fully understand and know that now and it will never happen again.
I only made the dispute because I had from my own experience always thought that you were allowed to do this. I thought wrong and that is okay because now i know when to do i. I want to apologies again to Matthew for what i said in the report. I thought i was really smart and knew everything and threaten to make dispute and staff complaint. I overreacted alot. I apologies!
