Why should this appeal be considered?: Yea so to be fair i thought because i was standing behind my friend that he really didnt have me under gunpoint i apologize for not complying but because i thought he didnt really have me ina clean sight i was able to shoot him after he handcuffed my friend and then tried to handcuff me
