Why were you punished?: The user was then told to stop talking whilst under gunpoint in zip-ties, which the player failed to comply with those commands by screaming "Kill me then f****t", resulting in their death. User already broke 3.4 prior to that interaction by failing to get out of a car whilst under gunpoint. The user also has an awful history with 3.4, hence the ban length in combination with the 1.2 violation.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Cause i was upset due too that being the worst week of my life, So i Got High and Drunk and Played and Got mad due too me Pulling into the wrong building only too get Trapped by the Admin and he instantly tells me too empty my Entire inventory and give him all my cash and i dont remember saying F*****t, all i recall was yelling Just kill me then Like i said i was drunk cause my Grandmother died who was the women who raised me and my brother and then a day later i had too put my dog of 15 years down cause she stopped eating and was down too 50 pounds and was suffering pyometra & Liver Failure but i am guessing you dont give a shit so whatever pretty much i was drinking and got mad the end
