Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 - User killed another player when surrendering when being on duty as police.
Why should this appeal be considered?: while i was inside of the police station i heard gunshots that evolved to a shootout right outside of the police station (right next to the junction, on the other side of the police station)so i rad outside right away and i noticed an armed player crouching into a bush after shooting and right away when he stood again i took the shot and killed him (i shot a single shot that killed him right on the spot) and only after that when i ran to him to check up on him i was told he surrenderd.
Additional Information: im very sorry that i killed him, i didnt know he surrenderd only after and it was my first day on the job after a slums shootout so i was a bit jumpy.
