Why should this appeal be considered?: I am very sorry to the officer that i didnt put my hands up in time i wasnt really sure what was going at the points he said ''put ur hands up or u will be shot''I just reacted different in this situatation because im socially disabled i really am sorry i hope The Moderator that banned i i now see what i did wrong and wont do it again i hope the officer can forgive me too and Namesinsane.Thank You
