Why were you punished?: 2.1 - 3.4 - User after killing the mayor at Cityhall, stayed in bazaar for some time whilst aware of being wanted. He then got gunpointed by an Officer and cuffed, the officer then uncuffed him to jump over the market table, instead he pulled out a gun and shot the officer.

Sorry for how I conducted things on the 5th I explained my reasoning however I still understand that I'm in the wrong in this case, I understand that my actions where unrealistic and that will not be re-peated, as for my 3.4 bans I understand that you might be apprehensive too give accept this as my bans on 3.4 is a lot however I'm trying too do better in regards too not breaking 3.4
Additional Information: I would normally wait this out due too my previous ban appeals however in this case as I want too help the other dispatchers on PLPD as trying too help people and being banned does not correlate very well.
