Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.20 - User was under gunpoint at Rear Bazaar Parking and ordered to surrender, he ran away whilst under gunpoint which then resulted in a shootout which he died in and disconnected whilst unconscious.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was in the parking lot behind the bazaar because they had stolen the car from a friend of mine, I hear someone breaking into the car and I get closer to see what was happening, then they killed the guy who was trying to get the guy who was stealing the car out so I leave, the guy who did the f6 (I think he did the f6) pointed a gun but from my point of view it looked like he was pointing it at another person so I run away, he shoots me, I hide inside a shop, he goes in and I shoot it then they kill me. out of anger I throw three insults at God and all his disciples (normal things that an Italian does btw) and leave the server

Additional Information: it's not a dispute but I would like to be kicked out, I don't know if I made a mistake or not but if I made a mistake I sincerely apologize to the guy I killed and I'm also willing to pay for a new gun

You were under gunpoint by me for about 2 seconds and told to surrender, I aim at a player close to you to also do the same. While continuously aiming at both of you to prevent you from running away. You then decided to run immediately into a Bazaar Shop whilst under gunpoint. You did make a mistake.

If you believe that this did not happen, then make a dispute.

If you believe that the punishment is excessive, then make a staff complaint

Otherwise, you should wait at least half of your punishment then make an actual apology.
