Why were you punished?: For killing somebody in front of a cop
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was near the bank when a guy started ramming me and hitting my car with a baseball bat. I drove away from him but he followed me with his car to the self-storage npc and started attacking my car and me so i tried to defend myself with a machete but he disarmed me so i ran away on foot. After i lost him i came back to the self-storage npc and got a pistol. After i got the gun i noticed a guy which was spamming the camera flash near my car so i thought that was the same guy that attacked me earlier because he looked really similar to him and the car that the guy attacking me drove was still there in the same spot. When i pulled out my gun and put the safety off i started shooting the guy that i mistook for the attacker. Just when i started shooting him a cop came and before i could do anything the cop killed me. I didnt mean to kill the person that i killed and i didnt saw the cop before it was too late. Im sorry for killing the wrong person in front of a cop.
Additional Information: I first played on this server 2 years ago but i decided to play here again because i didnt experience everything back then. Im still getting used to the rules which are a bit diffrent from other darkrp servers. I really wish to play here and a 24h ban would ruin my plans here. I will personally apologize to the person that i wrongfully killed and i will strictly abide the rules.
