Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User returned to a scene where they killed someone, just to kill an officer.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Someone was fighting with my friend and ended pulling a gun to which I killed and finished him off. I then said multiple times "lets go" because I wanted to get out of the area. The person who was driving the car then drove back to the scene of the crime which I did not want and half way with the drivers interaction in the evidence you can hear me saying "drive drive drive" before he gets gunpointed because I did not want to be in the area where I just committed murder. I then witnessed the medics grabbing DNA right in front of me which would show the cop that's there that I murdered someone, and as my friend was gunpointed and we are ten toes, I then shot and killed the cop to protect my friend who just helped me commit murder. The ban reason says that I went back to the scene just to kill the officer, this is not true and I do not know why that is the reason. I was not in control of the vehicle at the time, and did mention to drive off multiple times when the driver returned as there was cops there and we should not have been in that area.
