Why should this appeal be considered?: 2.5 - User shot someone after he top them to put their hands up which they complied with.// i don't have much time on sever yes i have some bans but this is my first role play sever and the rules on this are much stricter i was wrong shooting him because he put his hands up and complied but i thought it was like mugging your allowed to shoot that person after but this person just had a gun and a crowbar near my house but he didn't raid me so i had no cause to shoot him, i have reviewed the rules once again to understand what stuff im allowed to do and if i have a question ill ask a admin before with "F6" im saying sorry once again for not understanding the rules 100% to my knowledge im asking to be unban because im bored and im in cali a storm is coming XD thank you for your time <3
