Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Player executed an unarmed player who wasn't a threat to him during a raid on their property.

Why should this appeal be considered?: i feel like this ban should be re thought and thought about from both sides of the perspective i am truly sorry for killing the unarmed player when i should have told him to put his hands up. i mentioned in the beginning of this dispute that it should be thought about from both perspectives we as both players was in the wrong in the raid/robbery for me i killed an unarmed player whilst he broke 2 whilst 1 broke one although he was a new player so i do think he deserves a short ban/warning i recived a 2 week ban i would like to request a reduce on my ban sin as i didnt break twice the rules the other player did

Additional Information: i am sincerely sorry for 1 the admin and not being compliant and 2 shooting the unarmed player who was trying to learn the basics have a great evening and thankyou for choosing to read this apology

You were told repeatedly in the report by myself and A1L and then made a dispute where you were also told that punishments are up to staff discretion based on a number of different things. Yet, your apology here still seems to be an argument about how you think it's unfair that you got a ban when the other person didn't, which isn't the purpose of an apology.

Additionally, in the report, I told you a minimum of 3 times that the user didn't break two rules; the person you killed is under no obligation to surrender before you entered the room putting their life at direct risk. The conjunction of the two things makes it clear that you either selectively or entirely ignored the things that were told to you in the report and dispute.
