Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 - User killed another civilian because he thought he called the cops on him for illegally transporting.
Why should this appeal be considered?: wasnt planning on breaking 2.5 again but due to my mistake by thinking someone was calling cops on me i ended up killing him and breaking it again because i thought i was doing the right thing not much i can say as ive said sorry already what i can say is i wont be breaking this rule again however from my point of view it seemed to me like the guy was talking to cops if i had read 3.4 this all could of been avoided so once again im sorry
