Why should this appeal be considered?: this is the 4th appeal i am making, this will be the last one. the mod who banned me told me i would be unbanned. i would like for this to happen as he said. here is proof of this being said

to me its about the principal. if i was told by an admin i would be unbanned i believe i should be unbanned. if for some reason this is denied again i will wait but ive been told one thing and then something else has happened. this is completely unfair. the admin who banned me told me i would be unbanned does he not have the final say in the matter as he was there and saw it happen?
