Why should this appeal be considered?: im sorry for reacted i stop but i was at the end of my tether with suspect in the car the 1st person stood randomly i assumed they where dead and the second was driving on the wrong side of the road i did call it in but i was just try to get this person in prison as he he ran multiple time
Additional Information: im sorry i should of stopped and sorted it myself i shouldnt of just carryed on i hope i can join back as i am having fun i do wanna say i didnt mean to cause the incident they just bad time i will do better
