Why should this appeal be considered?: Upon reviewing the situation I can now see that when I respawned after dying at the bank I should not have responded to the 10 toes call to break a suspect being transported from the bank to PD out of custody. It was an error in judgement on my part and I would like to apologize to Tinyslayer and any other cops involved in the shootout that followed for disturbing their roleplay and griefing them.
I would also like to apologize to Tinyslayer if I gave the impression I was not taking him seriously in the admin sit we were in. I was just being honest about why I play the server and what I generally spend my time doing. Obviously I roleplay on the server. Saying "I never roleplay" was hyperbole and was perhaps not appropriate in the context of the situation.
I hope this appeal will be considered seeing as I believe I was respectful to Tiny through the whole discussion between ourselves following the situation I was banned for.
