Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 , 3.4 - User decided to hang around a shootout when not involved to attempt to mug people. He then decided to shoot down a player who had their gun out in passive with no other real reason.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am deeply sorry for my actions that led to me being banned, I have spoken with an admin about the rules and what I did to break them, now after a week of being banned I believe I know them better after reading them and that hopefully in the future I will not make the same mistake again if I am unbanned.
